Founded in October 2022, Anhui Jiaxian New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a rapidly growing enterprise in the field of fine chemicals. With a registered capital of RMB 70 million, a total investment of approximately RMB 300 million, and an annual capacity of 50,000 tons, the company operates from a 110-acre site in the Muhekou Industrial Park, Huaishang District, Bengbu City, Anhui Province. Jiaxian focuses on environmentally friendly and high-performance materials, and is dedicated to developing proprietary products that can replace imported alternatives, particularly in the field of surfactants and water-based systems.

During the visit, the Horizon team toured Jiaxian’s modern production facilities, automated equipment, quality control systems, and safety and environmental protection infrastructure. The orderly layout, advanced technology and standardized management reflected Jiaxian’s comprehensive capabilities in large-scale production, process control and operational efficiency.
Special attention was given to Jiaxian’s expertise in water-based lubricants, emulsification and dispersion technologies, and reaction process control, all of which provide strong support for the stability and consistency of fiber additive products. Notably, Jiaxian has obtained EU REACH certification, enabling its products to be sold in European markets, which further strengthens the foundation for future international cooperation.
Diversified Product Portfolio Empowering Downstream Applications
Anhui Jiaxian has established a broad and mature product portfolio, including calcium stearate, zinc stearate water-based emulsions, fatty amine ethoxylates, alcohol ethers, polyethers, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, phosphate esters, amino acids and fatty acid esters. These products are widely used in plastics, textiles, dyeing, chemical fibers, daily chemicals, rubber, papermaking, leather, coatings and metal processing.
